New combo therapy targets hard-to-treat liver cancer with vascular invasion

Summary
This study is for people with advanced liver cancer that has grown into major blood vessels. It tests whether adding a type of radiation (particle beam) to standard immunotherapy can help control the cancer longer. About 128 adults will take part. The goal is to see if the combination slows disease progression and improves survival.
