Summary
This study is testing whether a two-drug immunotherapy treatment can help keep advanced bladder cancer from getting worse in patients who initially responded to chemotherapy. The treatment involves giving the drugs nivolumab and ipilimumab to 66 patients whose cancer has not progressed after first-line chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this 'maintenance' approach can extend the time patients live without their cancer worsening.
