First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study tested different combinations of immunotherapy drugs in 59 adults with advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy. The goal was to see if these combinations are safe and can help shrink tumors or lower PSA levels. Participants received up to four drugs together in 2-week cycles, and treatment continued until the cancer worsened or side effects became too severe.
