New immunotherapy cocktail targets advanced pancreatic cancer

Summary
This study tests the safety and effectiveness of combining three immunotherapy drugs (domvanalimab, zimberelimab, and APX005M) in people with metastatic pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. The goal is to see if this combination can help control the disease. About 46 adults whose standard treatments are no longer working will participate.
