Summary
This study tests a new treatment plan for people aged 15 to 65 with a type of blood cancer called B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The plan combines a reduced dose of chemotherapy with an immunotherapy drug called blinatumomab, followed by more chemo and possibly a stem cell transplant. The goal is to improve the chance of staying cancer-free for at least two years without needing long-term maintenance therapy.
