First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab alone or with ipilimumab) before bladder cancer surgery is safe and does not delay the operation. The goal is to shrink the tumor, making surgery more successful. It involves 52 adults with muscle-invasive bladder cancer who cannot take cisplatin chemotherapy.
