Can an old drug give cancer patients a new lease on life?
NCT ID NCT06557668
Summary
This study looks back at the medical records of 250 colorectal cancer patients to see if adding an immune-boosting drug (Astragalus Polysaccharide) to their standard cancer treatments helped them live longer or better. The goal is to understand if this combination offers a benefit, so doctors can make better treatment recommendations. The study is not testing a new cure, but rather evaluating a possible way to improve control of the disease.
