Could an old drug give new hope for bowel cancer survival?
NCT ID NCT06557668
Summary
This study is looking back at the medical records of 250 people with colorectal cancer to see if adding an immune-boosting drug (Astragalus Polysaccharide) to their standard cancer treatments helped them live longer or better. The goal is to understand if this combination is beneficial, so doctors can make better treatment recommendations in the future. The study is not testing a new treatment but analyzing past patient outcomes.
