Lymphoma Patients' vaccine response under scrutiny

NCT ID NCT05050461

First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looked at how the COVID-19 vaccine triggers an immune response in adults with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL), especially those treated with anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies in the past year. Researchers compared antibody and T-cell levels between patients who had this treatment and those who did not. The goal was to understand if recent anti-CD20 therapy weakens vaccine protection, helping doctors tailor future vaccine and treatment recommendations.
