NCT ID NCT03963518
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study examined whether the time until a patient needs their next treatment or dies (TNT-D) is a reliable substitute for overall survival in advanced melanoma patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors. Researchers analyzed data from 631 patients to see how well TNT-D matches actual survival times. The goal was to find a quicker way to measure treatment benefit without waiting for long-term survival data.
