First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a glucose tolerance test given right after childbirth is as accurate as the standard test given 6 weeks later. Researchers want to see if earlier testing helps more women complete their follow-up care. The study involves 300 women with gestational diabetes who are at least 18 years old and 34 weeks pregnant or just gave birth.
