Summary

This early-stage study tests the safety of a new drug called IMM01-STEM in 28 people with muscle wasting (atrophy) due to knee osteoarthritis. Participants must have moderate knee arthritis and weak thigh muscles. The main goal is to check for side effects and find a safe dose. This is not a cure, but a step toward easing symptoms.
