Summary
This study tracked side effects in 236 people with advanced bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Participants received the drug IMFINZI together with two standard chemotherapy drugs. The goal was to see how often unwanted reactions occur in real-world use, not to test if the treatment cures the disease.
