Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called IMC-003 in people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a serious condition where high blood pressure damages the lungs and heart. The trial involves 120 adults who are already on standard treatment. Researchers want to see if the drug is safe and can improve blood flow in the lungs over 24 weeks.
