This study uses a special PET scan tracer to measure levels of a brain protein called PDE4B in people with PTSD or alcohol use disorder. Researchers want to see if this protein is different in these conditions compared to healthy volunteers. The study involves 160 adults aged 18-70 and does not test any treatment.
