Summary

This study uses advanced MRI scans to learn how pancreatitis affects the pancreas over time and to predict complications like diabetes. About 195 children and young adults will have MRI exams, blood and stool tests, and genetic testing. The goal is to find imaging markers that can help doctors diagnose and monitor pancreatic disease more accurately.
