Summary

This study tests whether using brain images to program deep brain stimulators (DBS) can reduce hand tremors better than the usual method. Twenty adults with essential tremor who already have DBS implants will try both programming approaches. The goal is to see which setting provides better tremor control and patient satisfaction.
