Summary

This study tests if the drug iloperidone can lower blood pressure in people whose high blood pressure is not controlled by their current medications. About 240 adults will receive either iloperidone or a placebo for 4 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug safely reduces sitting systolic blood pressure.
