Summary
This study looks at whether an online training module called iLookOut can improve how well childcare workers understand and report suspected child abuse. Researchers are enrolling 35,000 paid or volunteer staff at childcare facilities in Pennsylvania. Participants complete a short online course and answer questions before and after to measure changes in knowledge, attitudes, and readiness to report.
