Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, pacritinib and selinexor, in people with myelofibrosis who have not had prior JAK inhibitor therapy and have low red blood cells (anemia) and low platelets (thrombocytopenia). The goal is to see if the combination can shrink an enlarged spleen and improve symptoms. About 26 adults with intermediate- or high-risk myelofibrosis will take part.
