This study tested a program called Illness Management and Recovery (IMR) for adults with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. The goal was to see if the program helps improve daily functioning and overall well-being. 198 participants from community mental health centers in Denmark took part, and researchers measured changes in symptoms, social performance, and hope.
