Summary

This study tests an internet-based program (iLIVE) that combines weight loss and resistance training to help men who have had prostate cancer and hormone therapy. The goal is to reduce obesity and frailty, which can improve quality of life and lower fall risk. About 250 participants will use online tools and remote coaching to track progress.
