Summary
This study looks at how often lung scarring (interstitial lung disease) happens in people with rheumatic diseases like rheumatoid arthritis or lupus in Mexico. Researchers will track 312 adults over time to see what factors make the lung disease worse. No new treatments are given—the goal is to learn more about the disease to improve future care.
