Summary
This study looks at lung scarring (interstitial lung disease) that can happen in people with rheumatic diseases like rheumatoid arthritis or lupus. Researchers will track 312 Mexican patients over time to see how their lung disease progresses and what factors might make it worse. The goal is to better understand the disease and improve care, but this study does not test any new treatment.
