Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called IL12-L19L19 in 80 adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have not responded to standard immunotherapy. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for early signs that the drug might shrink tumors. The drug is designed to deliver an immune-boosting protein directly to the tumor site.
