First seen Apr 07, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy, boosted with a protein called IL-15, in people with multiple myeloma or plasma cell leukemia that has come back or not responded to treatment. The goal is to see if these enhanced immune cells can shrink or eliminate the cancer. About 25 adults aged 18 to 80 will take part in this single-arm, open-label trial.
