Summary

This study will follow 874 children aged 3 to 5 for one year to understand how using tablets and smartphones affects their thinking, health, and school readiness. Parents will install an app that tracks device use, and researchers will measure children's memory, attention, language, and motor skills. The goal is to provide clear guidance for families and policymakers on healthy screen use for young children.
