Summary
This study compares two diabetes treatments—a combination drug (iGlarLixi) versus insulin alone—to see which better reduces liver fat in people with type 2 diabetes and fatty liver disease. About 36 participants will take the assigned medication for 12 weeks. The goal is to find a better way to manage both conditions together.
