Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new treatment called iExosomes for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer that has a specific KRAS G12D mutation. The therapy uses tiny particles (exosomes) to deliver a molecule that silences the cancer-driving gene. The study aims to find the safest dose and check if it helps control tumor growth. About 28 participants will be enrolled.
