New drug IEV407 takes on Hard-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called IEV407, alone or with hormone therapy, in people with advanced HR+/HER2- breast cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose. About 194 adults will take part across multiple centers.
