Summary
This study tests whether a three-drug combination (ivosidenib, azacitidine, and venetoclax) followed by maintenance therapy with ivosidenib alone can help keep acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with an IDH mutation from coming back. It includes 45 adults aged 60 or older with newly diagnosed AML. The goal is to see if this approach improves how long patients stay cancer-free and to check its safety.
