Gene hunt in leukemia: what IDH mutations mean for patients
NCT ID NCT07004816
First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study examined stored blood samples from over 1,000 adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) to find how often IDH1 and IDH2 gene mutations occur and how they affect patient outcomes. The goal was to learn more about these mutations in Chinese patients, not to test a new treatment. The study was terminated early, so results may be limited.
