Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs, idelalisib and ofatumumab, in 27 adults with previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). The goal was to see how well the drugs worked together to shrink or control the cancer. Participants received both drugs, and researchers measured response rates and side effects.
