New drug cocktail shows promise for myeloma patients

Summary

This study tests a new drug called iberdomide combined with three other cancer drugs (daratumumab, bortezomib, and dexamethasone) in people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma. The goal is to find the best dose of iberdomide and see how well the combination works at killing cancer cells. About 49 adults with active myeloma who have not had prior treatment are participating.
