Summary
This study tests a new drug called IDE574, which targets specific enzymes that help cancer cells grow. It is for people with advanced solid tumors (like lung, prostate, or colorectal cancer) or a type of breast cancer called ER+, HER2-. The trial has two parts: one where IDE574 is given alone, and another where it is combined with the hormone therapy fulvestrant. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors.
