New drug IDE574 aims to shrink tumors in Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This study tests a new drug called IDE574 in people with advanced solid tumors (like lung, prostate, or colorectal cancer) and a specific type of breast cancer (ER+, HER2-). The drug targets two enzymes that help cancer cells grow. The study will check if IDE574 is safe and can shrink tumors, both alone and combined with another breast cancer drug (fulvestrant). About 160 participants will take part.
