Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called ICT01, which tries to activate a special type of immune cell (gamma delta T cells) to fight cancer. It is for people with advanced solid tumors or blood cancers that have not responded to other treatments. The study first finds a safe dose, then checks if the drug, alone or with another immunotherapy (Keytruda), can shrink tumors or stop them from growing.
