Could 100 hours of therapy transform life after stroke?

Summary
This study tests whether an intensive 4-week communication program (100 hours of therapy) can improve quality of life for people with aphasia after a stroke. About 334 adults who had a stroke at least 3 months ago will be randomly assigned to the program or usual care. The goal is to see if this approach leads to lasting improvements in communication and well-being.
