New app aims to beat insomnia in cancer survivors

Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app called iCANSleep can help cancer survivors with insomnia sleep better. The app uses a proven therapy called Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Researchers will compare 146 cancer survivors who use the app to those on a waiting list. The goal is to improve sleep and reduce related issues like fatigue, anxiety, and depression.
