Summary
This study is following 600 people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) over time to learn more about how the condition changes and what factors affect it. Researchers will collect information on symptoms, lifestyle, diet, stress, and gut bacteria. No new treatments are being tested — the goal is simply to better understand IBS and improve future care.
