Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs, ibrutinib and fludarabine, in 29 people with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). Participants took ibrutinib daily and received fludarabine for a short time. The goal was to see how many patients achieved a complete response after 6 months and how many stopped treatment due to side effects.
