Summary
This study tests a new drug called IBI363 combined with chemotherapy for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has worsened after initial treatment. About 48 participants will receive the combination until their disease progresses or side effects become too severe. The goal is to see if the combo is safe and can slow tumor growth.
