New hope for hard-to-treat lung cancer: drug duo targets KRAS mutation

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs (IBI351 and cetuximab β) in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C. The goal is to see if the treatment shrinks tumors and controls the disease. About 48 adults who have not had prior treatment for their advanced cancer will take part. The study is single-arm, meaning everyone gets the same treatment.
