Summary
This study tests a drug called IBI311 in 50 adults with inactive moderate-to-severe thyroid eye disease, a condition that can cause bulging eyes and double vision. The drug works by blocking a specific receptor to reduce swelling and tissue growth behind the eyes. Researchers will measure improvements in eye bulging and double vision, and monitor for side effects.
