Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new drug called IAM1363 in adults with advanced cancers that have HER2 alterations, including breast, lung, and stomach cancers that have spread to the brain. The study aims to find the safest dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 383 participants will take the pill by mouth, and researchers will monitor side effects and how well the cancer responds.
