First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests an internet-based program called i-STAIR for adults who had difficult childhood experiences and now have mild depression symptoms. The program teaches skills to manage emotions and improve relationships, aiming to stop depression from getting worse. Researchers will check if symptoms improve after 8 weeks and if the benefits last for 3 months.
