Summary
This study looks at whether taking prescription opioids for chronic pain is linked to changes in the brain's white matter in adults aged 65 and older. Researchers will use MRI scans to measure brain structure in 200 participants over time. The goal is to better understand the long-term effects of these pain medications on the aging brain.
