New web app aims to improve Long-Term care for hypospadias patients

Summary
This study is testing a new online tool called the Care Planning Tool for people who had surgery to fix hypospadias (a birth condition where the urine opening is not at the tip of the penis). About 20 males aged 5 to 65 will use the tool to answer questions about their health, and researchers will see if it is easy to use and helpful for creating a personalized care plan. The goal is to improve follow-up care and catch any problems early.
