First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tested whether an artificial pancreas system with exercise recognition could prevent low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) during and after moderate exercise in adults with type 1 diabetes. Fifteen participants used two different versions of the system over several months. The goal was to see which version better kept blood sugar levels safe during physical activity.
