First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests a shorter course of radiation (3.5 Gy per session for 17 sessions) for people with early-stage glottic cancer (T1-T2N0M0). The goal is to keep the cancer under control while preserving the voice and reducing hospital visits. About 70 adults who haven't had prior larynx surgery or radiation will take part. The approach uses modern techniques to target the tumor precisely and limit side effects.
